Solar activity is expected to be predominantly at R0 levels on 19-Sep,
with the possibility of isolated low-level R1 flares. The solar wind
is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected,
with a chance of isolated periods of G1. HF frequencies of support are
expected to be mildly enhanced. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected, with mild degradations possible during local
night.
