Solar activity is expected to be at predominantly R0 levels with a
chance of isolated low level R1 flares on UT day 18-Sep. The solar
wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with possible isolated periods of G1 towards
the end of the day. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are
expected with mild degradations possible during local night.
