[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 20 January - issued 2331UT/19-Jan-2022

Ver Low to low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 20 January
with a slight chance of an isolated M flare. The solar wind speed is
at moderate levels, due to waning coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled with possible
active periods. High-frequency radio communications should be mostly
normal to fair. There is a slight chance for shortwave fadeouts on
daylight HF circuits.
