[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 14 February - issued 2317UT/13-Feb-2022

Low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 14 February, with a
slight chance for an isolated low level M class flare. The solar wind
speed is expected to be moderate decreasing to light. The geomagnetic
field is expected to be quiet to unsettled. High-frequency radio
communications are expected to be normal.
