[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 February - issued 2311UT/12-Feb-2022

Solar activity was moderate on 12 February due to an isolated minor M1
(ASWAS R1) flare. Low solar flare activity is expected on UT day 13
February. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate due to a
coronal hole wind stream. The geomagnetic field is expected to be
mostly unsettled, with possible isolated active periods.
High-frequency radio communications are expected to be fair to normal
with degraded conditions for middle to high latitudes during local
night hours.
