[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 04 February - issued 2339UT/03-Feb-2022

Solar activity was low on 03 February and is expected to be low to
moderate on UT day 04 February. The solar wind speed has been moderate
to strong and is expected to be moderate. In the Australian region the
geomagnetic field reached minor to major storm levels (ASWAS G1-G2)
around local midnight last night and is expected to be at mostly
unsettled levels today. HF conditions were fair to poor overnight, and
are expected to be initially poor today then improving to fair.
Isolated shortwave fadeouts are possible on daylight HF circuits.
