[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 04 February - issued 2331UT/03-Feb-2022

Solar activity was low on 03 February and is expected to be low to
moderate on UT day 04 February. The solar wind speed is moderate and
is expected to be light to moderate. The geomagnetic field reached
minor storm levels (ASWAS G1) overnight and is expected to be at
mostly unsettled levels today. HF conditions were fair to poor
overnight, and are expected to be normal to fair for today. Isolated
shortwave fadeouts are possible on daylight HF circuits.
