Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 25-Dec, with a
chance of an isolated R2 flare. The solar wind speed is expected to be
strong to moderate due to a coronal hole high speed wind stream.
Mostly G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a slight chance of
an isolated G1 period. Mildly degraded HF conditions are possible
during local night hours on 25-Dec.
