Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 23-Dec, with the
chance of an isolated R2 flare. The solar wind speed is expected to be
light to moderate due to a coronal hole wind stream. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are generally expected. There is a slight chance for an
isolated G1 period on 23 Dec. Australian region maximum usable
frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values, with
10-15% depressions early in the UT day for the southern Australian
region then near normal. Mildly degraded HF conditions are possible
during local night hours for the southern region Australia on 23 Dec.
Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
