Solar activity is expected to be at the R0-R1 level on 4-Dec. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate with a declining trend.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at the G0 level, with a
chance of isolated G1 periods due to the possibility of a weak
glancing blow from a coronal mass ejection. Australian regional
maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly
values. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
