Solar activity is expected to be at the R0-R1 level on 03-Dec. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong with a declining
trend. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at the G0 level, with
a chance of isolated G1 periods as coronal hole high speed wind stream
effects slowly decline. There is a slight chance for a weak glancing
blow from a coronal mass ejection late on 03-Dec. Australian regional
maximum usable frequencies are expected to be mildly to moderately
depressed, particularly after local dawn for the southern Australian
region. Degraded HF communications conditions may be experienced
during local night hours for the southern Australian region.
