Solar activity is expected to be at R1 levels on UT day 30-Aug, with a
chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of G1 due to the
combined effects of coronal hole high speed wind streams and a
glancing blow from a CME first observed on 27-Aug. Mildly degraded HF
conditions are possible, particularly during local night hours.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
