Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on UT day 29-Aug,
with a chance of R2. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate.
G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of G2 due to
the combined effects of a coronal hole high speed wind stream and a
possible glancing blow from a CME first observed on 27-Aug. Mildly
degraded HF conditions are possible, particularly during local night
hours. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
