Solar activity is expected to be at R1 level on UT day 17 Apr.
Moderate to strong solar wind speeds are expected due to coronal hole
effects. G0 with a slight chance of G1 geomagnetic conditions are
expected. Normal to good HF propagation conditions are likely.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
