[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 16 April - issued 2348UT/15-Apr-2022 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on UT day 16 Apr.
Moderate to strong solar wind speeds are expected as coronal hole
effects commence and CME effects abate. G0 with possible G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected. Normal HF propagation conditions
are likely with some mild degradations at mid and high latitudes at
times. Chance of low level shortwave fadeouts.
