Solar activity is likely to be low on UT day 25 October with a small
chance of moderate activity. The solar wind speed is likely to be
mostly light. Geomagnetic activity is likely to be quiet but may
become unsettled with isolated active periods in the second half of
the day due to a slow CME. Normal HF propagation conditions are
likely. Low chance of shortwave fadeouts.
