Solar activity is likely to be very low to low on UT day 24 October.
The solar wind speed is likely to be light. Geomagnetic activity is
likely to be mostly quiet. Normal to mildly degraded HF propagation
conditions are likely. There is a low chance of shortwave fadeouts
(radio blackouts).
