[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 18 October - issued 2340UT/17-Oct-2021

The solar disk is currently spotless, solar activity is expected to be
very low on UT day 18 October. The solar wind speed is currently light
but expected to increase to moderately elevated levels late today due
to coronal effects. Geomagnetic activity is expected to increase to
active levels with a slight chance of minor storm periods later in the
UT day. Normal to fair HF propagation conditions are expected with no
shortwave fadeouts.
