The solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 17 October,
with a slight chance of isolated C-class flares. The solar wind speed
is expected to be near background to slightly elevated levels.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be mostly quiet with a chance of
being unsettled. Normal to fair HF propagation conditions are expected
with no shortwave fadeouts.
