[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 22 May - issued 2329UT/21-May-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 22 May with
a slight chance of a low M-class flare. The solar wind speed is
expected to decrease gradually to its nominal levels. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be quiet to unsettled with a slight chance
of an isolated active period. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions
with possible mild to moderate degradations. No short-wave fadeouts
are expected.
