[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 21 May - issued 0133UT/21-May-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 21 May with
a slight chance of a C-class flare. The solar wind speed is expected
to remain at enhanced levels due to continued coronal hole effects.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet to active with a
slight chance of an isolated minor storm period. Mostly normal HF
propagation conditions with some mild to moderate degradations. No
Short-Wave Fadeouts.
