[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 29 December - issued 2336UT/28-Dec-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 29 December with a
possibility of isolated moderate activity (M flares). The solar wind
is expected to be moderate on 29 December due to coronal hole effects.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at quiet to unsettled with
possible active levels. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are
expected with a possibility of short wave fadeouts.
