[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 December - issued 2321UT/27-Dec-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 28 December with a
possibility of isolated moderate activity (M flares). The solar wind
is expected to be moderate on 28 December due to coronal hole effects.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at unsettled to active
levels. Fair to normal HF propagation conditions are expected with a
possibility of minor short wave fadeouts.
