Low solar flare activity is expected on 24 December, with a remote
chance of a M-class flare. Solar wind speed is expected to continue a
general declining trend, with minor enhancements due to the arrival of
the glancing blow from the 20 December CME. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be quiet to unsettled, with a chance of active periods.
MUFs are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly values to
slightly enhanced levels. Shortwave fadeouts are unlikely.
