[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 27 April - issued 2333UT/26-Apr-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low with a slight chance of an
M-class flare for UT day 27 April. The solar wind speed is expected to
start decreasing back to nominal levels as CME effects wane.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be mostly at quiet to unsettled
levels; however, isolated active periods are possible. Mostly normal
HF communication conditions are expected with a slight chance of a
short wave fadeout.
