[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 26 April - issued 2341UT/25-Apr-2021

Solar activity is expected to low with a slight chance of an M-class
flare for UT day 26 April. The solar wind speed is expected to remain
at enhanced levels for the next 24 hours as CME effects persist.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be at mostly quiet to unsettled
levels with possible active periods. Slightly degraded HF
communication conditions are possible with a slight chance of a short
wave fade out.
