[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 24 April - issued 2347UT/23-Apr-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low for UT day 24 April with a slight
chance of an isolated M-class flare. Solar wind speed is expected to
be moderately elevated due to coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic
conditions in the Australian region are expected to be quiet to
active. Normal to slightly degraded HF propagation conditions are
predicted with a slight chance of short wave fadeouts.
