[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 23 April - issued 2315UT/22-Apr-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low for UT day 23 April with a slight
possibility of an isolated M-class flare. Geomagnetic activity is
expected to be initially at quiet to unsettled levels until another
equatorial coronal hole moves into geoeffective position, causing
mostly quiet to unsettled conditions with possible active periods.
Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are predicted. There is a
small possibility of short wave fadeouts.
