[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 21 April - issued 2327UT/20-Apr-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low for UT day 21 April with a small
chance of M-class flare. Global geomagnetic conditions are expected to
be mostly quiet to unsettled with a chance of an isolated active
period. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are predicted. There
is small possibility of short wave fadeouts.
