[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 22 April - issued 2258UT/21-Apr-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low for UT day 22 April with a slight
possibility of an isolated M-class flare. Global geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be initially quiet to unsettled but with a
chance of isolated active periods towards the end of the day. Mostly
normal HF propagation conditions are predicted. There is a small
possibility of short wave fadeouts.
