Solar activity is expected to be low today, 29 November, with a chance
of M-class flares from the region 2786. The solar wind speed is
expected to gradually decline to its nominal levels today. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be mostly at quiet levels. Normal HF
propagation conditions are expected for today, with a chance of
shortwave fadeouts due to the flaring potential of region 2786.
