Solar activity is expected to be low today, 28 November, with a chance
of an M-class flare from the region 2786. Mildly enhanced solar wind
speed, mostly quiet geomagnetic conditions, and mostly normal HF
propagation conditions with possible short-wave fadeouts are
expected.
