[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 21 February - issued 2337UT/20-Feb-2020

Very low solar activity is expected for UT day 21 February. Solar wind
speed is expected to be at background to mildly elevated levels. The
north-south interplanetary magnetic field component has sustained a
southward direction since ~2050 UT which may increase geomagnetic
activity from quiet to unsettled levels; active periods are possible.
HF propagation conditions are expected to be normal to mildly
degraded.
