[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 22 February - issued 2337UT/21-Feb-2020

Very low solar flare activity is expected today, 22 February. The
solar wind speed is currently at moderate levels due to coronal hole
effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at quiet to
unsettled levels, with a chance of isolated active periods. Mostly
normal HF propagations conditions are expected, with the possibility
of periods with minor depressions in maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs).
