Very low solar activity is expected today, 29 September. The earth is
currently under the influence of very high solar wind speed emanating
from a positive polarity coronal hole. The geomagnetic condition are
currently at Active level. If the solar magnetic conditions continue
to stay southward, geomagnetic conditions could reach Minor Storm
level. The auroral may be visible tonight (29 September) from
Tasmania. Mild to moderate HF depressions are expected in high and mid
latitude regions today 29 September.
