[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 September - issued 0000UT/28-Sep-2019

The earth is currently under the influence of very Very Strong solar
wind speed emanating from a recurrent coronal hole. The geomagnetic
condition are currently at Active levels and expected range between
Active to Minor levels today. Isolated Major Storm levels are also
possible. The auroral may be visible tonight (28 September) for
southernmost locations(should favorable viewing conditions exist).
Mild to moderate HF depressions are expected in high and mid latitude
regions today 28 September.
