[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 28 October - issued 2324UT/27-Oct-2019

Solar activity was very low today, UT day 27 October. Very low solar
activity is expected for the next 3 UT days, 28 to 30 October. Today,
the global geomagnetic activity varied mostly from quiet to active
levels with isolated minor storm periods on some high latitude
locations. Mostly quiet to unsettled levels of global geomagnetic
activity may be expected for the next 3 UT days with a small
possibility of some active periods on 28 and 30 October. Minor to
moderate MUF depressions were observed today. Minor to mild MUF
depressions, especially in mid- to high latitude regions, may be
expected through the next 3 UT days.
