Sat Sep 16 09:15:25 EST 2017

Very low levels of solar flare activity are expected for today, 16
September. The Earth is currently under the influence of the very high
solar wind speeds associated with a large polar coronal hole. As a
result, the geomagnetic conditions in the Australian region are
expected to be between quiet and active levels with possible isolated
minor storm periods. High-frequency radio communication users are
advised to use slightly higher than monthly predicted frequencies.
