[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 September - issued 2350UT/12-Sep-2017 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

C-class solar flare activity is expected for today, 13 September.
Region 2680 produced two C-class flares (C3.0 peaking at 12/0729 and
C1.6 peaking at 12/1920 UT). Both these event has registered a Type II
radio sweep and CME. Possible impact of these events at earth will be
given after the completion of model runs. The earth is currently under
the influence of moderately high solar wind speeds. The geomagnetic
conditions at Earth today are expected reach minor storm levels.
High-frequency radio communication users are advised to use slightly
higher than monthly predicted frequencies.
