Low solar flare activity. Moderate to strong solar wind. Expect
geomagnetic activity to increase to Unsettled to Active levels with
isolated periods of Minor Storm levels today due to high speed solar
wind stream becoming geoeffective. High-frequency radio communications
normal at low and high latitudes with isolated degraded conditions at
high latitudes.
