Very low levels of solar activity are expected for today, 20 December.
Solar wind speeds are currently moderately enhanced but in decline due
to waning coronal hole effects. Unsettled to Active geomagnetic
conditions may occur today, 20 Dec if the 15 Dec slow moving CME
impacts earth. High-frequency radio communication Normal to Fair.
