rwc rwc at ips.gov.au
Tue Dec 19 10:49:40 EST 2017

Very low levels of solar activity are expected for today, 19 December.
The earth is currently under the influence of moderately elevated
solar winds emanating from a recurrent equatorial positive polarity
coronal hole. As a result, the geomagnetic conditions are expected to
be at Quiet to Unsettled levels, and at times may reach Active levels
today. High-frequency radio communication users are advised to use
slightly lower than the monthly predicted frequencies, today.
