[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 14 September - issued 2322UT/13-Sep-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Solar activity was very low during 13 September UT and it is expected
to remain very low today, 14 September UT. There is a small chance of
a weak C class flare during the next 2 days. There are no Earthward
directed Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs). Slow solar wind with a speed
below 300 km/s is currently arriving at Earth. The solar wind speed is
expected to remain low today. Geomagnetic conditions were quiet during
13 September UT and they are expected to remain quiet with unsettled
intervals during the next 3 days. Conditions for HF radio wave
propagation were normal to enhanced in the Australian region during 13
September UT. They are expected to be normal to enhanced during the
next 2 days.
