Very low solar flare activity, with a slight chance of Low activity.
Coronal hole effects in progress. Strong solar wind. Geomagnetic
conditions at Quiet to Active levels. If the Interplanetary Magnetic
Field (IMF) turns southward for a prolonged period, geomagnetic
activity may reach Minor Storm levels, particularly at higher
latitudes. High-frequency radio communications fair at all latitudes.
