[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 05 July - issued 2332UT/04-Jul-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

rwc rwc at ips.gov.au
Tue Jul 5 09:32:21 EST 2016

Very low levels of solar activity have been observed over the last 24
hours. Solar activity is expected to stay at very low levels over the
next three days (5, 6 and 7 July). Geomagnetic activity stayed at
quiet levels today (4 July). Nearly similar conditions may be expected
for the next three days. Mild to moderate MUF depressions were
observed on UT day 4 July. These MUF depressions seem to have
eventuated due to continued very low levels of ionising radiation.
Nearly similar conditions may be expected for the next 3 days as no
significant solar activity is expected during this time.
