[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 04 July - issued 2338UT/03-Jul-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

rwc rwc at ips.gov.au
Mon Jul 4 09:38:19 EST 2016

Very Low solar flare activity. The solar wind speeds were at
moderately enhanced levels on 3 Jul, in response to the coronal hole
effects. However, Bz component of IMF was weak to cause any
significant geomagnetic disturbances despite the enhanced winds.
Mostly Quiet to Unsettled geomagnetic conditions are expected today.
High-frequency radio communication conditions over the Australian
regions are expected to be slightly depressed to near predicted
monthly values.
