Very low solar flare activity is expected to continue for 16-Nov. The
solar wind is light to moderate. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet
levels. High-frequency radio communications are normal. A large solar
filament lifted of from the southwest quadrant late on 15-Nov and has
the potential to be geoeffective in a few days. Coronal hole effects
are expected from late 17-Nov.
