Very low solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effect seems to be
in progress and is expected to gain some strength over the next 24
hours. Light to moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at
unsettled to active levels. High-frequency radio communications normal
to fair on low and mid latitudes. Periods of poor HF conditions may be
expected on high latitudes.
