Very low solar flare activity. Minor coronal hole effects possible
during late hours of the day. Light solar wind with the expectations
of some strengthening in the solar wind stream during late hours of
the day due to a coronal hole effect. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet
to unsettled levels. High-frequency radio communications fair to
normal.
