[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 30 January - issued 2317UT/29-Jan-2015

Moderate xray flare activity continues to occur with an M2 flare and
several high level C flares occurring. These do not seem to be
producing CMEs however if a CME does occur region 2268 is well
positioned to produce a geoeffective event. The moderately enhanced
solar wind speed and magnetic field strength continues under the
influence of a coronal hole high speed wind stream. These conditions
are expected to continue for a few more days, maintaining the
currently experienced unsettle geomagnetic conditions. Maximum useable
frequencies for HF communications remain above predicted monthly
values.
